Afterwards, we parted ways, and I headed to the market to pick up a couple of things. Ended up with some really awesome huge radishes along with a bag of limes for 20 pesos, and some more queso and carnitas. Walking around in that enclosed market was stifling. I could feel the sweat dripping and know that I needed something cold. So I visited Arturo on my way home.
I met 3 nice ladies and a gentlemen from Minnesota. Very friendly. They just flew in for a two week stay, so we had some fun laughing and getting to know one another. That is the cool thing about Zihuatanejo...people are friendly...even outsiders on vacation. Everyone just seems to drop their veneers and just be... I really like that.
After my nice cold beer I began the long walk home where I promptly put on a bathing suit and headed for the pool. I can't think of a better way to top the day.
